Job Duties

Cultivate business relationships with plaintiff and defense attorneys who represent personal injury matters and come to ADR Systems for mediation, arbitration and other dispute resolution services. Bring in cases and build client portfolio by contacting attorneys in the Chicago Metro area and beyond. Use data provided by Business Development & Marketing and do research to bring in new clients while servicing existing clients. Coordinate the case scheduling process and provide other managerial and administrative services for each case brought in for dispute resolution. Consult with attorney clients throughout the dispute resolution process to answer questions and assist as needed. Consult with our neutrals, former judges and seasoned attorneys, as needed. Sheppard every case from start to finish, providing unparalleled client service. Follow-up with attorney clients for lead generation. Attend business development events.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to be proactive
• Superior business development skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• High attention to detail and keen organizational skills
• Intelligence and professionalism
• Intermediate computer skills
• Insurance industry experience a plus, but not required
• Legal knowledge and/or legal experience a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits

Generous commission structure with unlimited earning potential. Position provides temporary draw with/against commission to start. Hybrid working arrangement available. Excellent benefits package provided.
