Carpenter/Laborer Job at DEER MOUNTAIN DAY CAMP
Looking to hire a hands on maintenance staff member for a 25 acre property in Rockland County. Strong carpentry skills required and basic skills in other trades such as plumbing, electric, painting, landscaping, mechanics. Experience using an Excavator/Tractor is a PLUS. Ability to manage a staff, organize a year round schedule and communicate effectively. Participate in the completion of all necessary work from picking up leaves and moving picnic tables to building renovations. We seek a professional with approximately 8-10 years of work experience in construction who is willing to work until the job is complete. High standards, strong work ethic, positive attitude, open minded to other people’s ideas. Please do not apply if you do not have hands on construction and trade experience. This is not an office position.
