Job Summary: Carpenters are responsible for coordinating and completing the work of a job with an assigned crew according to a scope and schedule drafted by the Project Manager while simultaneously delivering Lakesides Values and Mission to redeem the culture and experience of the construction industry.

***Please note: Lakeside is hiring carpenters of multiple levels and skillsets from intermediate to expert level of any or all of the experience(s) below.***

• Construct Outdoor living structures with wood framing such as Screen rooms, Porch Overhangs, Decks

• Experience in installation and finishing tasks for kitchen and bathroom remodeling such as framing, tile, trim, crown molding, baseboards, and flooring
• Experience in composite Decking as well as aluminum and composite rail systems (preferred)
• Experience in the installation of exterior finish materials such as Boral, James Hardie, vinyl (preferred)
• Design and install cabinets, shelving, fitted furniture, drywall and insulation
• Add fixtures and fittings such as door handles, locks, hinges and closures

• Show a willingness to learn and grow in carpentry ability and knowledge as well as product installation
• Experience in window installation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
