This is a full-time, 12-month, exempt position that reports to the Director of Admissions and is located at the JWCC campus in Quincy, Illinois. Position begins immediately.
JOB DESCRIPTION
This position is responsible for recruiting and guiding prospective students through the college search process and primarily focuses on relational recruitment and career coaching while meeting enrollment goals. The College and Career Coach will focus on prospective high school and adult students in northeast Missouri area with an emphasis on career and technical programs. This position serves as a resource and advocate for prospective students, assisting them in making informed decisions about their educational and career paths and connecting them to funding, resources and employment opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS
Associate degree recommended with Bachelor's degree preferred. Two to four years of related experience preferred.
SALARY
Begins at no less than $30,603.
