We are seeking an EVV Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for providing administrative support for the EVV department. Competitive Pay
Responsibilities for EVV Coordinator:
- Carry out EVV Training and orientation on HHA clock in and out
- Administers client scheduling and ensures the schedule is a preapproved plan by the client
- Monitors EVV clocking and out daily, and reaches out to clients for missed clocks
- Confirms visits with clients and proceeds to link the calls as confirmed.
- Notifies the Service Coordinator, the client, and the caregiver of pending authorization expiry
- Provides staffing to patients and proactively requests additional caregivers
- Monitors and checks authorizations and ensures no understaffing
- Troubleshooting EVV and other HHA exchange related issues
- Perform various tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications for EVV Coordinator:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- High school diploma required
Job Type: Full-time
