What You'll Do
- Supervise all staff (Brand Ambassadors, Bartenders, Catering Staff, etc.)
- Manage and motivate team at events
- Come up with suggestions to enhance the event's success
- Coordinate all event operations
- Responsible for ensuring every single guest has a great time
- Approve all aspects before the day of the event
- Analyze the event's success and prepare reports
- Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
- Attend all events you oversee
What You'll Bring
- 2+ year of industry experience, minimum 6 months management experience (Manager, Supervisor, Captain, Lead)
- A knack for problem-solving
- Required to meet uniform standards
- Customer-service orientation
- A team player with leadership skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Skilled in hospitality and customer service
