Call Center Representative Job at Bain Dental Group

  • Manages all inbound and outbound patient calls in a timely manner.
  • Respond to voicemails and online appointment requests for new and existing patients in a timely manner.
  • Identifies each patients’ needs and wants, give your best to clarify information.
  • Researches every issue and provides solutions to them.
  • Recognizes opportunities to upsell our products and services. (I.e. appointments, promotions, services we offer)
  • Use scarcity when booking appointments
  • Answering the telephone promptly, in a polite and professional manner and in compliance with Bain Dental Group’s phone scripts.
  • Build strong relationships with each patient.
  • Schedule appointments for patients, both established and new.
  • Obtain and enter accurate demographic information (name, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address, referral source, dental insurance information)
  • Review patient data that has been entered into our system, updating patient records when necessary.
  • Remind patients of cancellation / no-show policy and send correct notices when necessary.
  • Meets qualitative and quantitative new patient targets.
  • Directing calls only when necessary to the appropriate department based on the patients’ needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or one to three months related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Computer skills required: Internet Software Spreadsheet Software (Excel); Word Processing Software (Word); Electronic Mail Software (Outlook); Presentation software (PowerPoint)
  • Other skills required:
    • Previous experience in a customer service support role.
    • Track your own work daily and compare it to benchmarks.
    • Strong phone and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent listener.
    • Adaptable to different personality types.
    • Customer focus.
    • Ability to multi-task.
    • Set priorities.
    • Excellent time management skills.
    • Data entry.
    • Acute attention to detail.
    • Bilingual is a plus.
