Responsibilities:
- Communicate with potential clients who have requested help from the firm within a call center setting by receiving and placing calls
- Analyze data (excel)
- Review documents sent by clients and potential clients
- Identify potential claims
- Contact existing clients to address questions
- Educate the public of their rights
- Provide a high level of service to our callers to ensure they understand the process, and to create referrals
- Apply a professional attitude and image for all internal and external customers
- Perform other functions as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Spanish speaking is a plus but not required
- Enjoys helping the public within a call center setting
- Capable of working remotely (if needed)
- Computer savvy (typing, word processing, data entry, internet search, spreadsheets)
- Goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Sales or call center experience preferred
- Proven experience succeeding in a metrics-driven environment
- Excellent professional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to change
- Show an unyielding commitment to a team and department through an excellent attendance record
- Ability to work independently
- Possess intermediate reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
