Call Center Agent complete customer service tasks that ensure customers have the information and assistance they need and maintain the company’s positive reputation. Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns

Essential Functions:

  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
  • Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping, warranties and other account items
  • Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6 months customer service/secretarial/telemarketing experience required.
  • Must be able to speak and read English clearly, professionally, and fluently.
  • Must be able to type a minimum of 20 WPM.
  • Experience working with a PC and the Windows operating system is required.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
