Job Summary:
Provide excellent Customer Service in a Team Environment giving our customers a memorable experience every time they visit. We are looking for a person with barista/restaurant experience (Espresso drinks, ice cream and sandwiches) and ideally general retail experience for a part-time position with weekend availability.

Job Responsibilities:
· Preparing and serving espresso drinks, Making and serving sandwiches and soup, Serving ice cream
· Food preparation adhering to high food safety standard, Cleaning, organizing, arranging, etc. to maintain café clean, sanitized and safe
- Engaging customers to provide outstanding customer service.
· Opening and/or closing procedures

- Weekends - open to close - will be a requirement for this position. Additional days and hours may also be available, if desired.

Required Skills and Experience:
· Outstanding customer service
· Experienced barista

· Retail experience a BIG plus because ideal candidate will be crossed-trained in both areas of our general store and cafe
· A valid Washington Food Worker card & MAST card preferred
· Able to work standing, walking, bending, moving up to 100% of the day
· Experience with retail service software (SQUARE preferably)
· Flexible schedule including weekends
Compensation:
· Very competitive - Depends on your experience and long-term commitment
· Plus added income from tips
