As a Command and Control (C2) Subject Matter Expert (SME), you’ll bring your leadership, consulting, strategic, tactical, and technical background to collaborate with thought leaders in live, virtual, constructive distributed mission operations (DMO) on projects for the client. You’ll use your skills as you research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, and provide DMO support across the entire DoD enterprise.

Work with us to help plan and execute all C2 aspects of supported LVC DMO training events, including mission products and mission planning. You'll create and control scenarios within environment generator software for multiple DMO event types, coordinate with technical personnel for equipment setup and troubleshooting issues, support DMO meetings as an organizational C2 SME, and advise leadership on DMO events and C2 operations.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience with conducting C2 operations, including Defensive Counter Air (DCA), Offensive Counter Air (OCA), Tactical Intercepts (TI), or Airborne Air Refueling (AAR)
• 3+ years of experience with conducting training in a DMO environment
• Experience as a Senior Director, Mission Crew Coordinator, or Air Battle Manager
• Experience as a C2 instructor
• Ability to plan and execute all appropriate C2 DMO missions and act as senior consultant for all C2 topics
• Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

• 7+ years of experience with conducting C2 operations, to include Defensive Counter Air (DCA), Offensive Counter Air (OCA), Tactical Intercepts (TI), or Airborne Air Refueling (AAR)
• 5+ years of experience with conducting training in a DMO environment
• Ability to gather requirements and transform the information into solutions that exceed customer expectations
• Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree
• Graduate of a Weapons School
