Job Title: Business to Business Collections
Location: 76108, Fort Worth
Pay: $20 - $25 per hour
Schedule: 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday
Job Description:
- Investigate new customer applications for credit and make credit limit recommendations to Manager AR & Credit, which will minimize write off risk
- Make the decision to place credit holds or remove holds on accounts.
- Contact customers by phone or email resolving past due debt issues and build and maintain constructive business relationships with internal and external partners, including Key Account Managers, other departments, and customers
- Lead efforts to improve efficiencies associated with billing and collections
- Ensure resolution of internal and external inquiries regarding customer billings
- Assist with daily cash application.
- Manage the sales tax exemption or resale certificate documentation for sales tax exempt customers. Follow up with customers on missing forms.
- Comfortable working with an ERP system as well as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Lotus Notes
- Serve as the backup for the Accounting Clerk position distributing invoices and statements to customers
- Support month end accounting close as needed

1-3 years business to business collections and/or credit experience
