Under the direction of the Vice President of Quality Business Process and BPA Manager, the Workflow Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining workflow processes, dashboards, and reporting using Python, Django, Javascript, Decisions workflow engine, in addition to other necessary supporting software and languages.

Must be knowledgeable in SQL and be able to create and perform SQL queries. Requires following project requirements created by the QA Project Coordinator, business owners, users, and management. This position will work in coordination with the IS department to allow interfacing through APIs, Micro Services, etc. as well as working with various users for QA of the workflow products. Must be able to work independently as well as on teams. Maintain a positive work environment. Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree Preferred.
• Requires strong background in workflow development
• 2+ years in Django development creating Dashboards, utilizing forms,
• 2+ years in Decision Workflow Engine preferred.
• 2+ years in Python, Javascript, or other programming language.
• 2+ years in SQL database experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite experience and skills.
• Knowledge of Sharepoint and SQL a plus.
• Must have exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Must be detail oriented and have the ability to produce work at the highest level of quality.
• Must be dependable and motivated.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills necessary.
• The ability to work independently and meet deadlines is required.
• A willingness to cross-train in several disciplines is a must.
• Flexibility and the ability to work in high pressure situations and conform to tight deadlines is required.
