Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Business Operations Manager to join our team in Lexington Park, MD.
Responsibilities:
Provide program support for NAVAIR contracts. Generate work break down structures, charts, tables, graphs to assist in analyzing problems. Create various presentations in MS PowerPoint. Perform evaluations of existing procedures, processes, techniques, models and or systems related to management problems or contractual issues that require a report for recommended solutions. Perform analysis to evaluate the costs of alternative way to accomplish functional objectives. Coordinate and collate inputs from various contracts and projects to prepare weekly/monthly status and financial reports for delivery to the COR, TPOC and Contract Specialists. Submit and track all travel requested and approved by COR/TPOC. Establish and maintain comprehensive record systems and tracking files. Perform general administrative duties.
Basic Qualifications:
At least three (3) years of professional experience in Defense acquisition relevant to Navy Acquisition management.
Experience in managing large programs directly related to Naval Aviation missions and systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required in technical or business discipline.
Security Clearance Requirements:
This position will require an active DoD Top Secret clearance to start.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations
