POSITION OVERVIEW
dormakaba is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Finance team in Indianapolis! This position is responsible for acquiring and reporting data in a manner that supports the needs of business stakeholders. While efforts are expected to be primarily focused on the needs of dormakaba Americas which includes US, Canada, Latin America, responsibilities will also align with the overall Global BI initiatives. We are business partners who support the Americas enterprise of Accounting, FPA, Operations, HR, Sales, and Executive Leadership.
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $85,000 - $100,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) PRIMARY DUTIES

• Assists in developing, implementing and fine-tuning cloud data structures
• Uses excellent communication and interpersonal skills; and ability to interact across multiple departments and levels within an large international company
• Intakes reporting requirements, identifies data sources, and acquires data to develops recurring or ad hoc reports
• Provides quantitative and qualitative reporting and analysis for data-driven business decisions, and value-added actionable recommendations to boosts performance and business programs
• Uses visualization tools to implements the reporting/analysis for Executive Leadership, Finance Leadership, Sales Organization, Product Management, and others
• Supports process improvement initiatives. Tasks may include process mapping, data collection, data analysis, facilitating meetings, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, computer science, information technology, business/finance or related field preferred
• 5+ years hands-on experience in cloud data warehouse architecture, modeling and visualization
• Experience designing and building data visualizations with MS Power BI, SAP Analytics for Cloud (SAC), or similar reporting tools
• Excellent technical skills in SAP, Salesforce, and Alteryx
