- Follow up on inbound Marketing leads generated through various channels including but not limited to email, website, paid ads, events, webinars and content syndication to schedule high-impact meetings for the Sales Team
- Serve as website live chat agent to qualify new leads for the Sales Team
- Partner with Sales and Marketing Teams to research and perform outbound prospecting on target lists of accounts
- Provide feedback on quality of Marketing leads to improve future strategies and performance
- Add high quality contacts to Salesforce database through research efforts
- Maintain high Salesforce data quality in lead queues and task/meeting tracking
- Drive client and prospect attendance at tradeshow meetings, dinners, and webinars
- 3-5+ years of professional experience
- Ideal for a candidate with an interest in building a career in B2B Sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
- Prior experience with Salesforce is preferred
- Experience in Healthcare IT industry is preferred
