NC Trailer Sales is seeking a BDR (Business Development Representative), who is a member of the Internet Sales Team (BDC team).This role focuses on assisting customers via phone, text, and email.

Reports to: BDC Manager / Sales Manager
Primary job responsibilities:
- Answer incoming sales calls, emails and messages
- Enter customer leads into DMS and CRM
- Follow-up with potential customers
- Set appointments
- Take deposits
Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience in retail sales (same field or similar field)
- NCDL required; Dealers sales license and Notary (preferred or ability to obtain)
- Strong ability and willingness to follow phone scripts and established processes
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Basic math skills and ability to pass a math assessment
Work Hours:
- Monday-Friday: 8:45am-5:30pm
- Saturday: 8:45am-2:00pm
- Every Sunday off; Off one day during the week (M, T, W, or Th)
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Computer systems: Google Docs or Microsoft Office, email, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and DMS (Dealership Management System)
Salary information:
Individuals in the level 1 position have total compensation plans in the range of $35,000 to $50,000 annually, including performance based incentives. There are three levels for the BDC representative career path.
