CHASE Staffing is currently interviewing professionals for the position of Business Development Manager (Outside Sales) to join our fast growing branch. This is a Full time salaried + uncapped monthly commission position in Lawrenceville Ga.

1. Work in assigned territory to help increase market share by researching leads, identifying opportunities, prospecting/cold calling potential new customers who use industrial temp workers and closing new business relationships

2. Identify companies in assigned territory who use or potentially use staffing services to help them add people during busy seasons, for projects or as replacements for full-time staff.

2. Identify Decision Makers within a company who make decisions on hiring.

3. From this, each rep develops a list of Top Prospects, which qualify under the above criteria.

4. The goal of the person in this role is to follow up on a regular basis with these Top Prospects and others to develop them into clients. Normally, it takes 6 meetings to close a sale, although if the timing is right, some close sooner.

5. Cold Calls, phone calls, e-mails, social media & appointments are necessary to win new accounts.

Key Measures:

• Aggressively prospect, cold call, gain appointments, and execute a sales funnel process through to close
• Develop top 100 prospect list
• Develop relationships with prospects and clients to secure meetings
• Partner to meet your clients business objectives
• Utilize a consultative sales strategy to effectively drive their hiring initiatives
• Manage an accurate database in Temp Works
• Exceed sales goals (weekly gross margin, # of accounts, GM%, and weekly revenue)
• Canvas and cold call your designated territory each week (outside and via phone) 100 calls weekly

Skills Required:

• Bachelors Degree Preferred
• Outside Sales Experience
• B2B experience
• Staffing Industry Experience Preferred

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
