Job Summary

The position is located at 3300 Airport Rd., Denton, TX 76207.
You will be travelling 10% of the time (domestically and internationally) to attend internal meetings, workshops, or trainings.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

What you will do

As a Business Controller Services you will:

Lead the annual financial planning and forecasting quarterly process for the Services Business in the U.S. & Canada by using economic indicators (e.g., exchange rates, inflation, etc.). Establish and maintain continuous product profitability analysis and identify business priorities. Conduct and document complex financial analysis projects. Ensure Tetra Pak’s business goals are met through supporting the development of new tools and procedures and ensure their implementation.

Work closely with the Services Director for the U.S. & Canada market. Support the development of the overall Services Business in Tetra Pak. Direct business strategy development to capture sales growth opportunities. Propose and drive implementation of business plan and performance of variance analysis (sales, cost, margin) at a detailed level (e.g., Product, Customer, Category, Channel) and provide input on corrective actions. Perform business case follow-up (actual vs. initial assumptions, benefit realization) on investments and other business cases.

Support Finance Director for the U.S. & Canada market and ensure that projects, such as financing, price harmonization, and product management price simulations, are managed and coordinated in an effective manner and they meet agreed upon targets and deadlines as well as Audit and Corporate Market Reviews. Ensure compliance with Commercial policies and that Financial Reporting guidelines related to own scope are followed and non-compliant issues are reported to Senior Business Control Experts.

Share experience and knowledge with Tetra Pak professional employees in the Finance/Accounting function and service sales organizations. Provide training to the Business Control staff and stakeholders, as needed. Conduct month-end financial reporting on assigned business units. Interpret financial information on costs, prices, expenses, and revenues, and make recommendations to senior management. Responsible for the day-to-day decisions in the controlling area for the U.S. & Canada and support the business partner for the local top management.

We believe you have

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, and five years of experience with Business Control for Services in a multi-national firm. Alternatively, will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, and seven years of experience with Business Control for Services in a multi-national firm.
