The Business Analyst will collaborate with leadership and other team members to ensure timely delivery of high quality and value-added monthly reporting of business activities, carrying out the requirements established by Management. This role will be critical for defining and building analytics that enable the team to measure and improve the global experience of our customers and systems. The successful candidate will be experienced and motivated, with a strong sense of urgency and solid understanding of how to perform data extract and analysis to provide insights.

This role reports to the USIS Senior Manager of Global Finance and will be a hybrid workplace model offering the flexibility to work remotely as well as in our state-of-the-art office building in Alpharetta, GA. (This is not a fully remote role)

What You'll Do:

• Build, develop, and maintain new data analytics dashboards that will provide the USIS Financial Operations teams with insights on areas of improvement within existing processes

• Deliver high quality monthly reporting and presentation decks of business activities for Senior Leadership

• Provide the USIS Billing's Contract to Order and Financial Operations teams with insights on areas of improvement within existing processes, daily QC monitoring and development of future reporting to address pain points that could result in billing issues

• Demonstrate the ability to identify, business risks, and operational cost reduction opportunities

• Ongoing monitoring and reporting on cross finance operational efforts and orchestration effectiveness (Identifies areas within the data sets for improvement for optimal internal and external stakeholder experiences)
  

Experience You Will Need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting or related field

• 2+ years of experience with reporting and/or building dashboards in either Excel, Tableau, or Data Studio

• Advanced skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, V & XLOOKUPS)

• Technically Savvy and comfortable with large datasets & qualitative insights

• Strong decision making and problem solving skills

• Proven track record in extraction of data to create action insights and solutions

What Could Set You Apart:

• SQL database experience and reporting would be valuable, but not required

• Tableau, Power BI, or Data Studio experience is highly desired, but not required

• Experience with slicing and dicing large data sets to find trends
