Business Administrator Co-op - Global Capital & Energy- Purchases Job at Procter & Gamble

You will report to a supervisor for training, coaching, and mentorship. The co-op role offers you a range of training on culture and work norms, providing a thorough evaluation forum for co-op performance and fit to the job.


Our current non-management co-op role is for the following organization; Administrator, supporting our Global Capital & Energy Purchases organization.

In this role, you will have a high level of impact on organizational effectiveness and service results for Global Capital & Energy Purchases.You will contribute and or perform in some or all of the following activities:

  • Maintain effective calendar management oversight for key business leaders
  • Own the execution of travel arrangements, and trip planning for key business leaders
  • Own various aspects of the event-planning/coordination process including setting-up monitoring and adjusting settings and plans to optimize participation.
  • Transform manager-provided content into effective meeting presentations
  • Ownership of small project execution
  • Utilize technical mastery and problem-solving skills to report and analyze key performance metrics to drive efficiencies/improvements.
  • Anticipate business questions and opportunities to deliver insights to work process improvements.

Identify, define, prevent, and resolve routine problems and execute systematic solutions (conflict resolution).

A student participating in the Co-op Program should be:

  • Enrolled in a local college or university, seeking at least an associates degree (preferred majors: Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Operations Management)
  • Have a GPA in good academic standing
  • Committed to working two- sessions, which are in line with your semester. Timing of the assignments will be based on business need
  • Work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday

Just So You Know:

Relocation is not offered for this position, and you will need to live within the tri-state, Cincinnati area (50 mile radius), whereas this position is located at our Ivorydale Technical Center/Fabric & Home Care Innovation Center.Once onboarded and as performance warrants, working remotely a few days a week may be possible.
