Building Services Job at Bethany Retirement Living
Bethany Retirement Living Fargo, ND 58104
1. Performs routine and preventive maintenance as assigned by the Supervisor or Director of Building services.
2. Participates in the repairs of all facility mechanical, electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, housekeeping, laundry, dining services, communication and safety systems.
3. Maintains work areas to meet sanitation and safety standards
4. Assists in the upkeep of the grounds to provide a safe and attractive appearance.
5. Participates in the repairs and the redecorating of resident rooms and all common areas.
6. Assists residents to make the room their home, within guidelines.
7. Participates in the call back schedule to handle emergencies.]
8. Participates in the quality assurance program, including Audits for ND Dept. of Health and City of Fargo regulation compliance.
9. Participate in Safety Program.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
