Building Monitor Job at Eaton Senior Communities
Eaton Senior Communities is seeking a qualified Building Monitor to join our team. We are seeking a Building Monitor for Friday, Saturday and Sunday overnight shift. Each shift is 10 hours=30 hours a week and includes benefits.
The Building Monitor provides oversight of the community's physical plant after hours and on weekends/holidays. The number one priority for the Building Monitor is to provide professional, caring service to the residents and staff at ESC. We do this by striving to provide a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment for everyone who lives or works in our community.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conducts regular walk-through of the community, both inside and outside of the buildings.
- Monitors the community's camera systems and key fob entry system and corrects breaches of security as necessary.
- Oversees monitored entrances of the building by screening entry of visitors.
- Responds to building emergencies such as fire alarms, system malfunctions, elevator issues, floods, and plugged sinks/toilets.
Required Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Must have experience working in a multi-task environment.
- Experience working with seniors preferred.
- Must be proficient to use computer programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must pass background check paid for by the company.
