The Brand Manager, Oral Care is responsible for leading the development and implementation of brand strategy and short to mid term plans to grow Tom’s leadership in natural oral care. Responsibilities include uncovering commercial opportunities/risks using data, insights and competitive benchmarking, proactively initiating plans with cross-functional partners to drive business and financial goals, and managing the product portfolio including new product launches and discontinuations.
You will be responsible for all oral care categories: toothpaste, mouthwash and toothbrushes.
Main Responsibilities
Own and drive the oral care business, including:
Developing and implementing brand strategies using sound analytics, consumer insights and competitive/market trends.
Leading monthly business diagnostics to uncover growth opportunities and/or threats and propose solutions by collaborating with cross-functional partners.
Launching new products and developing impactful go-to-market strategies (ie. pricing, sales decks, integrated marketing communications, artwork, claims, etc).
Leading commercialization initiatives by collaborating with a cross-functional team (Customer Development, R&D, Insights, Mfg, Supply Chain, etc). Commercialization projects include:
Portfolio simplification / optimization
Packaging updates
Retailer specific initiatives
Pricing evaluation and tracking
Managing all business financials, including brand P&L budgeting and tracking.
Participating in Brand Planning and overall Brand Communication plans in partnership.

Qualifications:
Strong data-driven strategic analysis and strategy development skills
Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills
Ability to embrace change; willingness to be flexible
Proven track record of delivering against business objectives
Experience engaging / partnering directly with customers to build and execute mutually beneficial solutions
Highly collaborative and comfortable with working with cross-functional teams and various levels of management.
3+ years of professional experience packaged goods / CPG marketing or relevant business environment
MBA preferred
Salary Range $77,120 - $113,400 USD
Pay is based on several non discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills and office location. In addition to your salary, Colgate-Palmolive offers a performance based bonus and competitive benefits package.
