As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the boutique's operations and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, understanding their needs, and offering personalized recommendations.
• Manage and train a team of sales associates, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations to ensure a high standard of customer service.
• Oversee the store's daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, inventory management, and cash handling.
• Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends and product knowledge to provide accurate and informed advice to customers.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and motivating the sales team to achieve individual and store-wide goals.
• Analyze sales reports and data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans accordingly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, creating a loyal customer base and driving repeat business.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a managerial role within the retail industry, preferably in women's apparel or fashion retail.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and a passion for women's apparel.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
