Precision Auto Body is seeking an Auto Collision Estimator to join our team. We offer great pay and benefits package. Please send resume or feel free to stop by the shop and apply in person.
Job Description:
Write accurate initial repair estimates on damaged vehicles for customers and insurance companies.
Take required photos for electronic insurance submission.
Work with technicians to document all damages found after vehicle is disassembled and during the repair process.
Negotiate initial estimate and any additional supplemental repairs with insurance companies.
Order parts and schedule repairs.
Keep customers, insurance companies, and rental car companies updated on the status of repairs and notify them of any delays.
Audit and negotiate estimates that are supplied by an insurance company.
Maintain accurate and complete work files.
Qualifications.
2 or more years of estimating experience preferred.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to handle multiple jobs and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of CCC1 estimating preferred
I-CAR training a plus.
DRP experience a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
