We are looking for self-driven and competent individuals to join our Recovery team to fill in-office Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster position! This is a tough job but the rewards strongly outweigh challenges and adversity faced in the role.

Compensation:
Experienced Bodily Injury Subrogation Adjusters (those with at least 2 years of working an inventory of bodily injury subrogation claims) earn annual salaries of up to $60,000, which includes commissions; many will make more. Full benefit package is included.

Responsibilities:
- Perform investigations, adjustments, negotiations, while meeting individual/team production goals regarding auto subrogation claims against personal and commercial claimants
- Prepare subrogation demands per department guidelines
- Contact responsible parties to negotiate a settlement on behalf of the client
- Research state laws to support and resolve claim, using proper procedures.
- Perform skip tracing and other investigative work, as needed.
Qualifications:
- Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience in the insurance industry, particularly handling medical payment, no-fault PIP and UMBI.
- Have a least one year directly working medical payment, no-fault PIP, UMBI subrogation claims.
- Have, or working on, one or more of these professional insurance designations: CPCU, AIC, AIS, AINS, or CSRP.
- Are self-driven with proven track record of meeting and exceeding expectations.
- Possess a competitive nature and positive attitude.
- Are a proven negotiator and able to think outside of the box.
- Pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Have computer skills such as typing, learning new software, general internet navigation.
