Join our amazing autism treatment team offering behavior therapy to those on the autisim spectrum. We are looking to hire a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Our Behavioral Therapists provide therapy based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to children with Autism and related developmental disabilities in a home based setting. You will implement behavior modification programs through one-on-one therapy, collect data electronically, assist with parent training, and coordinate with other team members to offer an incredibly valuable service to our clients and families.

Job Responsibilities
Develop and communicate treatment plans based on principles of ABA
Perform functional and other behavioral assessments
Supervise and train RBTs and others who implement behavior-analytic interventions
Develop and maintain communication with parents and caregivers regarding progress of clients
Train parents and caregivers to implement ABA treatment programs
Provide updates on client goals and provide detailed notes regarding progress of clients
Maintain strict client confidentiality per HIPAA regulations and standards
Insure that the client is in a safe and positive environment at all times.
Follows the policies and procedures of PDS
We require candidates to have:
- At least one year of experience working with a pediatric population.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates must possess a Master's degree AND must be certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Candidates will be expected to submit to a background check.
