Position Summary: Reason the Position Exists and Fundamental Purpose
The Blend Technician is responsible for the preparation/inspection of all intermediate and finished product blends required for processing; this includes, but is not limited to additives, resin, rubber, and finished products. The Blend Technician is accountable for the accuracy of all measurements performed and raw material (finished goods) lot numbers used. Duties also include pre- and post-blending, drying and staging OSM material for movements between locations. May also be required to perform other duties as assigned by Management.
