WHAT DOES A BISTRO SUPERVISOR DO?
As a Bistro Supervisor, you are responsible for ensuring that all Marriott food and beverage standards are being followed. You oversee food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations. Hospitality-driven, you ensure that our hotel guests receive a dining experience that doesn't just meet but exceeds their expectations.
Additionally, you cover shifts due to emergencies, call-outs, and when the schedule requires. This includes days, evenings, and weekends. You love a good challenge and that makes you perfect for this food service role!
