Key Responsibilities

Join a collaborative team of engineers to design and improve processes to create our medical products.

Engineering Process Design:

  • Be a part of the talented cross- functional team including supply chain, quality, facilities, engineering and production.
  • Leads bioprocess development projects that specify process equipment, and validation for production use.

Process Evaluation:

  • Investigates innovative solutions to optimize processes and production scale-up.
  • Contributes to equipment projects and optimize manufacturing process improvements.
  • Problem solving of process and optimization using quality tools such as Six Sigma and Lean Engineering.

Engineering Documentation and Planning:

  • Research and document changes for improvements through engineering studies, IQ/OQ/PQ validations, and Master Control Documentation System.
  • Budget Planning and cost evaluation.
  • Create project timelines, manage resources and present to leadership.

Experience

  • 3-5 years of related design and manufacturing experience in the medical device and/or component industry (Required)
  • Process control experience including process verification and validation (Preferred)
  • Experience in manufacturing and assembly process development and validation (IQ, OQ, PQ and PPQ) (Preferred)

Education

  • BS in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Physical Science (Required)
  • MS in Engineering, Business, or related discipline (Preferred)

Must be able to pass vision testing requirements (with or without corrective eyewear).
