Billing Specialist Job at L. K. Jordan & Associates
LK Jordan has an immediate opening for a Billing Specialist with a local non-profit organization. Duties will include processing and preparing invoices for submission to various vendors, maintaining related files and records, preparing multiple reports’ and processing client contributions. Typical schedule is Monday- Friday from 8am-5pm Pay rate is $15.28 an hour. This is a temporary position and is expected to last for the next 3-4 months. Background in Accounting is a PLUS!
Ideal candidate MUST have:
- High attention to detail
- Basic mathematical skills and proficiency with a 10 key.
- Knowledgeable with spreadsheets and word processing software.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
All candidates MUST:
- Have a high school diploma
- Pass background check and drug screen
