Positions in this function are responsible for conducting audits and analysis and provide feedback to reduce errors and improve training processes, design. Audits are conducted within functions such as Enrollment/Billing. Additionally, this position is involved in the other quality tasks such as designing, developing and documentation of newly created audits.
This position is full-time. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conducts audits following procedures.
- Ensures quality through established measurements.
- Acts as an operational resource for others. Provides explanations and information to others on difficult issues.
- Works on ad hoc projects and events.
- Documents procedures for end user completion of tasks.
- Extensive work experience within own function.
- Applies knowledge/skills to a range of moderately complex activities.
- Demonstrates great depth of knowledge/skills in own function.
- Proactively identifies solutions to non-standard requests.
- Solves moderately complex problems on own.
- Works with team to solve complex problems.
- Plans, prioritizes, organizes, and completes work to meet established objectives.
- Proactively identifies solutions to non-standards requests.

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- 2+ years of Quality experience in a field such as Insurance or Finance
- Experience with Microsoft Excel (general spreadsheet navigation, sorting and data entry), Microsoft Word (creating and editing documents) and Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar)
- Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster doses must also comply with those state requirements. UnitedHealth Group will adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations as well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of vaccination, and boosters when applicable, prior to employment to ensure compliance. Candidates must be able to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of interpreting data and trends in a quality environment
- 2+ years of experience developing Standard Operating Procedures
- Working knowledge of Facets, Macess and Siebel
Telecommuting Requirements:
- Reside within commutable distance to Las Vegas, NV
- Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
- Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
