Billing Clerk Job at Advanced Personnel Resources, Inc.
Advanced Personnel Resources is recruiting billing clerks for our client located in Browns Summit, NC. This position will be working with a large distribution company in their warehouse office auditing freight bills. Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail and 2 years of billing experience.
Hours: 12pm-6pm or 12pm-8pm
Job Description: Billing Clerk
- Audit carrier summaries to ensure all products that were shipped can be accounted for and the company has received payment
- Cross reference tickets against the carrier summary for accuracy
- Work with dthe ispatcher on products that were not delivered to reschedule
- Scan invoices to the corporate office
- Working closely in AS400 to release orders that have received payment
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications: Billing Clerk
- High School Diploma required
- 2+ years of strong administrative and/or billing experience
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Must have strong 10 key data entry skills
