Job Description
- Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media
- Participate in candidate sourcing efforts
- Conduct initial phone screens
- Coordinate drug tests and background checks
- Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate with the Recruiting team to determine appropriate sourcing strategy
Qualifications
- 3 years of recruiting experience
- Ability to conduct different types of interviews
- Excellent communication skills
- Good decision making skils
