STAT Overnight Delivery is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to interact with the company’s customers by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and investigating orders. Our new team member must be energetic, have excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to handle high call volume. Applicants are expected to be organized, pay attention to detail, and get along with other team members. We prefer applicants with a verifiable work history in a call center or in the shipping industry. All applicants will be considered.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Interacts with customers via telephone and email to provide support.
  • Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
  • Document all customer requests, issues, changes, and resolutions.
  • Monitor Mighty Text, the text application that is used between drivers and customer service.
  • Monitor Zendesk to ensure inquiries are responded to and cleared out daily.
  • Process orders and route to the appropriate operations team in a timely manner.
  • Maintain performance and quality standards based on established metrics, including turn-around times for misdeliveries, recoveries, pickup requests, and RTS’s.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Exceptional customer service, active listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software and strong, quick typing skills.
  • Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
  • Strong time management and decision-making skills.
  • Bilingual - Spanish

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Call center: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer Service: 1 year (Required)

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
