Bilingual Call Center Representative Job at The Pendas Law Firm, PA
The Pendas Law Firm, P.A. is currently seeking a Bilingual Call Center Part Time Representative. The role includes answering phones, responding to emails and text messages from current and potential clients.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required:
- Bi-lingual English and Spanish (required)
- 1 + year legal or medical experience (preferred)
- Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize in accordance with changing deadlines and priorities
- Must possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Work hours: 4:00pm – 12:00am (Monday-Friday)
