  • You are a self-starter. We have a very successful practice, and need someone who is comfortable learning all of our services and becoming a subject matter expert of all things Barrett Plastic Surgery.

Your key performance objectives:

  • You are the face of the brand with our current and future patients. You carry a confident, poised, and professional presence when you are people-facing, and realize that every interaction matters.
  • Scheduling at BPS is a must. You are expected to schedule appointments effectively, feel confident and able to move those appointments to surgeries and procedures, and are able to anticipate with confidence the need to be able to pivot and adapt schedules quickly to the needs of the business.
  • Ensure high patient satisfaction - effectively lead yourself to anticipate and be attentive to the needs of all patient and prospective patients. You take ownership of managing your pipelines and your time, and cultivate a strong follow up practice. Deploy best practices and processes in all aspects of operations and handle or escalate patient questions and needs with empathy, efficiency, and effective communication.
  • You lead by example with a strong sense of urgency and help create professional, fun, l and inclusive environment aligned to the needs of anyone at the BPS community.
  • Be highly adaptable in day-to-day business operation functions, while upholding policies and procedures - this includes but is not limited to:
  • Leading yourself and contributing to the team success through the patient care journey in our practice.
  • Performing sales and patient care duties: answering and taking phone calls, owning the consultation process (especially the closing and follow up process), responding to emails & inquiries, a strong focus and excitement to close deals, and effectively managing our CRM system / pipeline.
  • Keeping the environment welcoming to patients and team members, keeping a positive mindset, and are motivated by the success of not just yourself, but your team members and the business as a whole.

You have proven performance in:

  • Hospitality, retail or customer service role - beauty and aesthetic experience is strongly preferred however not required
  • Closing - this role is deal focused, and you are motivated by the reward of commission and bonus through the team's closing success while upholding patient care at the core of your values.
  • Working on a team and being a part of a team-based environment
  • CRM or pipeline management is strongly preferred
  • High-volume lead management (email, phone, text, and in-person) is required

Nice to have but not required:

  • Customer service or hospitality background
  • Medical experience or relevant call-center experience
  • Relevant HIPAA or medical compliance training (this is provided but experience here would be helpful for your journey!)

Physical requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting or standing
  • Extended periods of computer and phone usage
  • Face-to-face customer interaction and comfort discussing matters related to the human anatomy as it relates to plastic surgery (we do occasionally enter the operating room so being able to handle the sight of medical practice is necessary)
  • Handling patient sensitivity and privacy - you need to be able to utilize and be sensitive to the needs of the patient, and uphold appropriate body language, behavior, and communication
  • Being on-site for all shifts
