We are looking for a Benefits Coordinator to join our team.

- Responds to team member inquiries related to benefits
- Assists team members onboarding and during open enrollment related to health and life and disability benefits
- Assists with the administration of medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and other benefit programs
- Processes COBRA enrollments as needed
- Processes monthly benefits bills and submits for payment
- Responsible for auditing Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) annual filing
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum one (1) year experience in benefits administration preferred but not required
- Minimum one (1) year experience of administrative work
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft office, entering data or processing information required
