The beautiful Lodge of Four Seasons is seeking additional bell staff for the new season Must have polite conversational skills, to ascertain guest's needs and to provide information. Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner and handle various situations with a professional image. Responsible for guest and employee safety, guest transportation, luggage handling. Responsible for greeting guests at their automobiles in a friendly and professional manner. Ability to handle valet parking on a timely basis.
Responsible for answering telephone within three rings, take and deliver messages using established telephone etiquette. Ability to give road directions to incoming and departing guests.Responsible for logging the daily activities of picking up and dropping off guests throughout The Lodge properties. Responsible for general housekeeping of lobby and entrance areas, i.e. sweep, pick up trash,and wash down area frequently. Responsible for washing, vacuuming, and maintaining appearance of department vehicles. Responsible for moving guests luggage, possessions, and parking various automobiles. Must have a Class E License and the ability to drive any type automobile, light truck and van for transporting guests short and long distances safely. Must open car doors for all arriving guests.
