TEAM is looking for a Behavior Heath Clinician to provide assessment, planning, coordination of care, and advocacy on behalf of individuals that are experiencing major life problems. At TEAM, we provide hard working individuals the right care at the right time. We work closely with labor and service industries and understand our patients work and home lives and never forget the dignity and exceptional care they deserve.

In this role, you will provide telephonic, video, and/or on-site case management and face-to-face short-term counseling to individuals, couples, and families; Work collaboratively with clients to build and sustain a support structure so client(s) can be successful; Focus on identifying and propagating client(s) strengths and resources. At TEAM, we provide an emphasis on being flexible in the type and duration of interventions used to assist the client(s); and a holistic approach to understanding client issues. In this position, you will be required to engage in the on-call rotation which will include assisting with after-hours crisis situations and onsite interventions.

The position is Monday-Friday. Full and Part Time options are available. Combination of In-person and Telehealth appointments. Call rotation shared with colleagues. Schedule variety and low patient volume to allow for excellent work life balance.

Education:

Master’s Degree in corresponding field with active license to provide mental health and substance use disorder clinical services required.

Experience:

Behavioral health and substance use disorder clinical service experience highly preferred, although new Graduates will be considered.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Computer and internet navigation skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, and electronic medical records software. Flexible in handling after hours crises and working under pressure. Work effectively with cross-cultural situations. Collaborate with internal teams and external staff, facilities, clients, clients’ families, and providers to facilitate quality and efficient client care.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
