Group Leader: Before and Afterschool Teacher - Part-time Group Leader Floater for Jefferson County West Virginia Elementary School AlphaBEST Locations. Must be working to work in all locations as needed.

Locations: South Jefferson Elementary-4599 Summit Point Rd, Charles Town, WV 25414 and Driswood Elementary School- 75 Caspian Way Shenandoah Junction, WV 25442 Blue Ridge Elementary, and T.A.Lowery Elementary School
Schedule: No weekends! Part time Monday-Friday. AM Care 6am-8:45am PM Care 3pm-6pm.

As an AlphaBEST Guide, you'll be trained to do the following:
- Lead a group of student explorers through exciting adventures in fitness, the arts, technology, and more!
- Work collaboratively with peers to ignite children's sense of wonder.
- Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students' interests and talents.
- Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, and parent relationships are fostered.
Here's what you'll need:
- Must have a high school diploma or GED,
- Must be at least 18 years old
- 6 months experience instructing children in a group setting.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
