Responsibilities
- Develop behavior plans, including long and short term goals, on an annual basis with DESE and IFFS case managers and families.
- Oversee skills teacher in the home (DESE and IFFS) with implementation of behavior plans. This is done with in home observation and phone and email contact with the skills teacher.
- Collect data and analyze progress.
- Report progress of individuals semi-annually and annually, more frequent if requested by VP.
- Meet with VP and/or DESE and IFFS senior case managers/program directors regularly.
- Meet with assigned DESE families quarterly.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Master’s level Clinician with licensure and/or certification as BCBA, LMHC, LCSW, or LICSW
- Five years experience working with children and adolescents with ASD/DD with in-home and school-based settings
- Experience with designing ABA plans for parents and children/adolescents. Strong writing and communication skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license
