This role performs a wide variety of duties in an industrial concrete manufacturing environment:
- Conduct morning meetings with Safety Talks
- Ensure all paperwork is current and organized in area binder
- Verifying all materials for the day’s production are ready or ordered
- Proper form oil application
- Visually inspect products being stripped to see if any adjustments need to be made for quality
- Check the weather to adjust for colder temps
- Daily plant cleanup
- Check with production manager for daily production tons if you have not received them
- Ensure a high level of safety and that all employees are performing all duties required by their position in a manner that adheres to the Capital Precast Core Values
