BUILDING AUTOMATION SYSTEM TECHNICIAN
Fortis / LTS, Inc. is interviewing for a BAS Technician for our contract in Seattle, WA. The BAS Tech will interface with customers and vendors and service our client’s Building Automation Systems. This includes routine or emergency and preventative maintenance service.

Fortis / LTS, Inc. is interviewing for a BAS Technician for our contract in Seattle, WA. The BAS Tech will interface with customers and vendors and service our client’s Building Automation Systems. This includes routine or emergency and preventative maintenance service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Startup and commissioning of complete Building Automation Systems.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and per code, standards and contract requirements.
- Perform a point-to-point checkout per standard procedures.
- Perform software/hardware calibration required for proper equipment and system operation.
- Maintain on‐going project as‐built documentation.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2 years technical field experience including HVAC Systems, DDC Systems, software and device calibration.
- Experience with Siemens based products is preferred
- Ability to work in hard hat areas and climb stairs, maneuver in and around pipework and air ducts and work safely in close proximity to exposed line voltage and low voltage wiring and terminations.
- Experience with Siemens based products is preferred.
- A willingness to travel for this position; approximate 25-50% travel time.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with boilers and minor electrical, a plus.
- Must pass both a detail background check and a pre-employment drug screening prior to hire. Drug screens follow Federal guidelines.
Rate of Pay: Negotiable
