Bartender Job at Hard Coal Cafe
We are currently hiring a Bartender to perform tasks like preparing drinks and taking orders, serving food and beverages, collecting payments and clearing tables. Bartender responsibilities include making sure customers are satisfied and want to come back. You will serve drinks and also assist in turning over tables. Someone with a friendly personality who presents food/beverages well is essential for working in our establishment. Bartender experience is preferred to succeed in this job. An eye for details and communication skills are also important to deliver excellent service. Also looking for kitchen staff as well as servers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests, take and enter orders and serve food and drinks.
- Prepare cocktails and other beverages, garnish glasses and clean bar tools.
- Receive and pay out money for customers’s tabs or tickets.
- Evaluate service quality and improve the work flow of other staff members.
- Kitchen staff will prepare food and maintain the kitchen area.
