Our team is currently seeking friendly & energetic individuals to fulfill positions for a Asian fusion restaurant that specializes in authentic fusion Asian cuisine & desserts (boba tea, ice cream, etc).

Requirements/Responsibilities:
- Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date
- Willing and able to work in a physically demanding role (including able to lift up to 20 lbs, work on feet for several hours
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have a source of reliable transportation
- Prepare beverage selections to recipe and standards and to customer's requests using proper equipment
- Properly use kitchen equipment, blender, computerized scale, bubble waffle machine, etc
- Scoop ice cream and prepare different types of desserts
- Check product quality to ensure freshness. Review "sell by" dates and take appropriate action
- Label, stock and inventory department merchandise
- Adequately prepare, package, label and inventory ingredients in merchandise
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines. Ensure proper temperatures in cases and coolers are maintained and temperature logs are maintained.
- Report product ordering/shipping discrepancies to the shift manager.
