We are looking for a friendly, hard-working Barista. As a barista cafe member, you will interact directly with guests to create the perfect cup of coffee or tea!

Tasks and Responsibilities:

● Greet guest and take order with a cheerful demeanor.

● Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and tea drinks in a timely manner.

● Demonstrate knowledge of tea, coffee beans, blends, and brewing processes.

● Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner.

● Properly handle and maintain all equipment.

● Keep workstation clean and stocked throughout shift.

● Efficiently use Point of Sale system/cash register to enter orders, collect payments, and make change.

● Understand and adhere to proper food handling, safety, and sanitization standard while preparing food, serving food, and clean up.

● Maintain a professional appearance and grooming standards.

Requirements:

● Previous work experience as a Barista.

● Hands-on experience with brewing equipment.

● Punctuality and attention to detail.

● Provide quality customer service with an upbeat attitude and a smile.

● Sanitize entire area constantly to assure ServSafe health and safety standards are met.

● Contribute to an overall positive and collaborative team environment.

● Works well with others; is reliable, fast, efficient and has great communication skills.

● Must be able to be on your feet for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

● Must have open availability and able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

● Pay Starts at $14/hour and can range up based on experience.
