The production General Labor employee is responsible for performing the following essential job functions:

• Work closely with the bakery production supervisor to ensure daily operations of bakery or Kitchen are efficient and accurate while producing finished goods at budgeted cost and that conform to established internal specifications.
• Enforce compliance with GMPs, personal hygiene and safety standards and all FDA /USDA regulations with the processing of frozen dough products (bakery), ready to eat proteins (USDA) or any other product required.
• Respect and implement internal company policies.
• Be able to collaborate in indicated activities on different production lines.
• Maintain communication with all levels and departments of food plant (Team Leads, Production supervisors, Maintenance technicians, QA technicians, Plant Manager)
• Be able to learn new procedures inside production sections, positive attitude to collaborate with another general labor associates.
• Be able to respect and comply all safety company policies and procedures to work in a safety environment.
• Be able to attend all trainings required by the company.

þ Problem Solving: Ability to communicate any issue with line, production, or any other situation to team Lead and Production Supervisors.

þ Production and Processing: Ability to perform production job following up Team Lead and Production Supervisor indications. Willingness to learn and perform activities by their own.

þ Quantity: Ability to meet productivity standards and complete work in a timely manner, and if any deviation is present, report immediately to Team Lead or Production Supervisors.

þ Safety and Security: Ability to meet safety standards, and personal protective equipment and safety devices. Ability to perform safe operation of all machinery, tools and equipment and observe security procedures.

Physical Demands:

• Required to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Constant physical demands, including reaching, carrying, seeing, bending, walking, and move about the facility.

Work Environment:

• Will be exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, odors, fumes, oils.
• Will work regularly near moving equipment.
• Employee is expected to be available to work in all areas of production.
• Temperature of work area may be affected by outside temperatures and machinery.

Personal Protective Equipment:

• Utilization of safety equipment such as glasses, helmets, goggles, clothing, and other materials and equipment that may be necessary to the production and packaging of the factory operation.
• Some areas of performance of this position normally require exposure to typical manufacturing areas where under certain conditions, the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses with side shields and mandatory hearing protection is required.
