We are looking for a sales person to join our team at the Muscatell Pre-Owned Sales Department. This role requires an individual who is personable, upbeat, driven, and goal oriented. Position comes with a 3-month guarantee!

Job Summary:

An individual in this position will be responsible for the sale of used/new vehicles by demonstrating extensive product knowledge to create value for the customer, developing and maintaining a prospecting system to reach out to new customers, and following up with all customers after each sale.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 of dealership sales experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and meet dealership insurance requirements.
• Professional appearance required (maintain business casual appearance at minimum).

Skills:

• Strong communication skills to properly/confidently explain information, and to converse with customers/clients.
• Ability to reach out to more customers through prospecting.
• Ability to maintain a good working relationship with other sales and dealership staff.
• Achievement-motivated to work with the sales manager to achieve department goals.

Work Hours:

• 8:30am - 6:00pm
• Monday to Saturday with one designated day off during the week, and 1-hour lunch break.

Pay: $65,565.66 - $110,488.76 per year
